LACAP is comprised of people of diverse professional and cultural backgrounds. People who have special skills and expertise in fields such as law, financial administration, and education, as well as a demonstrated interest in service to the arts.           Artists and non-artists are invited to become members and participate in the planning, organization and direction of LACAP.
